If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any eyeglass frame or sunglasses frame purchased from I C Frames, you may return the merchandise, along with the original packaging and any enclosures, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Most frames have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We honor all factory warranties but frames must be returned to us for defective replacement. Please note that while prescription lenses are guaranteed to be ground to match the supplied specifications, they are non-refundable unless manufacturing defects exist. This guarantee applies to merchandise that has not been modified by you or an optician beyond normal fitting adjustments. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. NOTE: This warranty and manufacturer's warranties may not apply to any merchandise shipped to addresses outside the US.
