"What's the catch?", you might ask. The catch is you may need to do a little legwork to provide us with the frame information we need. First, print a copy of our frame specifications form and take it with you to your local optical store to try on frames or sunglasses. If you want to duplicate an existing frame or perhaps purchase the same frame as a friend, all this information is usually printed on the frame somewhere. In any case, the information on this simple form is what we'll need for your order.

IC Frames can fabricate your prescription lenses in the frame of your choice from our catalog selection or special frame order selection at a substantial savings over what you'd pay your local optician or eye doctor! This applies to SINGLE VISION LENSES ONLY! PLEASE NOTE: To comply with state Optometric laws we must have a current copy of your prescription for our files. To request a quote for lenses, simply note your choice of frame style from the catalog and fill out the Quote Request Form. You will, of course, need your prescription information.

When you've located your choice of products, simply select your options and supply any information requested on the page, then click on the "add to cart" button at the page bottom. You'll be provided with a review of your order and options for ordering and payment methods. If you sent us a request for pricing on an item not in our catalog, and we've replied you can use the "SPECIAL ORDER" form here or select SPECIAL ORDER from the main menu. *Delivery Time, there are tens of thousands of frames styles on the market today for you to choose from. There is no way that we, or anyone, can stock them. We order frames from the manufacturer as they are ordered from us. Most frames are received by us from the manufacturers within 2 to 7 days. Depending on your location and the shipping option you choose; TOTAL delivery time to you would be approx. 4 to 14 days from when you placed the order.

Returned frames, any frame can be returned for a refund, see our guarantee. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned frames. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING TIME: In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 2 weeks time. Occasionally, vendor supply shortages or back-orders from the manufacturer may cause delays, or an item may be discontinued without notice. In any of these cases, we will always try to contact you as quickly as possible to inform you of any delays or unavailability of an item.
